DRUMBEAT for Veterans is a special therapeutic drumming program . This innovative program aims to provide veterans with the following benefits:

Stress management tools: participants gain tools to manage stress and navigate transition challenges.

Connection with other veterans: Drumbeat fosters connections among veterans, allowing them to support each other.

Drumming skills and fun: veterans learn drumming techniques while having an enjoyable experience.

The program components shall also focus on basic skills, such as anger management, problem-solving, functional social skills, communication skills, interpersonal relationships, self-control, and substance abuse solutions.
